Title & Mortgage Company Requests

Title and mortgage companies can request final bills by completing a secure online form at least 3 business days before property closing. Upon submission, the property is scheduled for a final water meter reading, with the final bill emailed the morning of closing.

Important: SHS provides water, sewer & sanitation services; however, not all properties receive all services.

Billing Details

• Monthly billing cycle
• $20 service transfer fee included on new owner’s first bill
• If closing falls during the monthly billing process (typically the 3rd week) or on a holiday, the final bill will arrive the next business day or as soon as possible

Important Notice

Please be advised, the closing date provided is used to close out the seller’s account. As such, should the closing date change or be cancelled, please ensure you email customerservice@sandiapeak.com to notify us of the change.

Homeowners Associations Information

Sandia Heights Homeowners Association (SHHA)

Membership in the Sandia Heights Homeowners Association is $15.00 per month and is included on the Sandia Heights Services bills. Please note that SHHA is a separate organization and operates independently from Sandia Heights Services.

For information about SHHA bylaws, financial reports, rules and regulations, and community covenants, visit the Sandia Heights Homeowners Association website. Covenant information can be found under the "Menu" section of their website.

For HOA Disclosure requests, the Realtor or person requesting the HOA Disclosure Certificate will need to submit the form to the Sandia Heights Homeowners Association with the signature of the person requesting it.

Primrose Pointe, HOAMCO

The Primrose Pointe HOA is managed by HOAMCO. Information regarding HOA fees, covenant rules etc. can be found on their website: www.primrosepointehoa.com.
