About Sandia Heights Services

Sandia Heights Services provides a central place for residents of Sandia Heights, Primrose Pointe, North Tramway Estates, Las Pradas, and Hawks Landing to learn about local water, wastewater, sanitation, security, and resident support services. Our goal is to make it easier for residents to understand the services available to their property, find the right forms and information, and connect with the appropriate team when help is needed.

Depending on your address, services may be provided by Sandia Peak Utility Company, Sandia Peak Services, Inc., Sandia Heights Services, LLC, or supported separately by the Sandia Heights Homeowners Association. Availability may vary by property, and some services or memberships may be optional in certain areas.

Services Available to Residents

Water

Sandia Peak Utility provides clean, safe, and reliable water service to many homes in our communities. Residents can also use EyeOnWater to monitor water usage, set alerts, and help identify potential leaks early.

Sewer

Sandia Peak Services provides wastewater service in areas of our community connected to the sewer system. Homes with septic systems are not served by our wastewater system.

Sanitation

Sandia Heights sanitation service includes weekly trash collection and every-other-week recycling collection. Residents can view collection schedules, holiday changes, and service information through this website.

Security

Sandia Heights Security provides local patrol and response services in coordination with the Bernalillo County Sheriff’s Office. Security members may also request Special Watch service when they are away from home.

SHHA

The Sandia Heights Homeowners Association is a separate nonprofit organization that advocates for residents and works to preserve the character and quality of life of the Sandia Heights area. For more information on SHHA, please visit sandiahomeowners.org.
