Sandia Peak Utility Company replaced its entire 2,500 water meters with new AMI water meters thanks to American Rescue Plan Act funding through Bernalillo County. These meters come equipped with advanced technology, including leak detection capabilities and real-time data. As a customer, you can now benefit from access to leak alerts and real-time water usage data.

EyeOnWater services give direct access to your water consumption data and provide tools to help you manage your water use. EyeOnWater can also deliver leak alerts and usage trends through email, text messages, or notifications on your smart device. There will no longer be a need to wait for notification from the utility or a high-water bill to take action. It is an internet-based application that can be accessed using a typical web browser or our smartphone apps. It's essential to have an internet connection for access. Your login credentials guarantee secure entry to your water consumption details.
EyeOnWater allows you to view and manage your usage by providing water consumption data in 15-minute, hourly, daily, monthly, and yearly intervals, empowering you to actively engage in water conservation and leak prevention efforts.
