Sandia Heights Services has created a new email alert system for our customers! Our new database enables our companies to email our customers when circumstances warrant alerting you to events in our community such as water outages, wildlife alerts, crime alerts, etc.

We have been receiving calls from our customers regarding solicitations they are receiving from various companies selling water and sewer service line insurance coverage. We are in no way affiliated with these companies, and we recommend our customers contact the Better Business Bureau for additional information regarding these solicitations.

We would like to thank our customers for the overwhelmingly positive response to the new trash and recycle bin service! Sandia Heights Services Sanitation customers received new collection bins for the removal of all solid waste materials the week of August 27.
We are currently out of stock on all bin options with the exception of the 96 gallon trash bins. We expect a new shipment in approximately 12 weeks.

September 2011 - Sandia Heights Services presented Bob Bower with its first annual Good Samaritan Award. Bob is the resident you see walking up and down Tramway Road and Tramway Boulevard picking up litter. "It's my way of giving back to this community and I enjoy the opportunity to do so," says Bob.
