*SHS provides water, sewer & sanitation services, however not all properties receive all services.

SANDIA HEIGHTS SERVICES INFORMATION

Upon the submission of the online form, the property will be scheduled for the final water meter read. The final bill for the property will be generated and emailed to you the morning of your closing. Should the closing date fall during our two day, monthly billing process (typically the 3rd week of the month) or on a holiday, the final bill will be emailed to you the following business day or as soon as possible. SHS bills monthly and has a $20 service transfer fee which is included on the new owners first bill.

HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATIONS INFORMATION

Sandia Heights Homeowners Association (SHHA)

Sandia Heights Homeowners Association membership is $15.00 per month and is included on the Sandia Height Services bills. However, Sandia Height Homeowners Association is its own, separate entity from Sandia Heights Services. Information regarding the Sandia Heights Homeowners Association Bylaws, Financials and the Rules and Regulations of the Association can be found on their website: www.sandiahomeowners.org. Information regarding Covenants can be found under the “Menu”. For HOA Disclosure requests, the Realtor or person requesting the HOA Disclosure Certificate will need to submit the form to Sandia Heights Homeowners Association with the signature of the person requesting it.
