This is your invitation to join the Sandia Heights Four Seasons Club.  Membership is open to Sandia Heights residents and property owners.  The Club facilities include a swimming pool, wading pool, locker room with shower facilities and two (2) tennis courts.

SWIMMING - The swimming pool will open May 12, 2008 and will remain open until September 7, 2008. As in the past, our lifeguard staff will offer lessons and coach the youth swim team.

POOL PARTIES - You can rent the pool for your parties; call Lisa at 856-6419 for additional information.

TENNIS - Tennis courts are available year round.  David Barthel is our Tennis Pro and will be offering lessons, coaching the junior tennis team and organizing numerous tennis activities.  Prospective members are encouraged to take advantage of our fine tennis programs.  If you would like more detailed information about our tennis program, please call David at 856-7171.

FEE SCHEDULE –   Monthly dues for a Family membership is $36.84

                                   Monthly dues for a Single membership is $30.48

All family membership categories are for the member’s immediate family, which includes spouse and unmarried children under 21 years of age, living at home.  All single membership categories are for those unmarried, over 18 years of age with no dependents.

Memberships include the use of the tennis courts and swimming facilities seven days a week.  Memberships are non-refundable and nontransferable and require signing a one-year agreement.  The monthly dues are included in your Sandia Heights Services billing.  If you would like to join the Club, please complete the application on the reverse side of this flyer or call Lisa at 856-6419 for more information.

Mark your calendars now!  All Sandia Heights residents and Four Seasons Members are invited to the Memorial Day weekend “Open House” beginning at 10:00 a.m. Saturday, May 24 through May 26.  Splash Day (and Bounce Day--for all you tennis buffs!) is Monday, May 26.

We look forward to another enjoyable season at the Club.  If you have any questions, please don’t hesitate to call the Four Seasons Office at 856-6419.  For those of you who are already members, your new membership cards and a rulebook will be mailed to your house. 

SWIM TEAM - The organization meeting for Swim Team membership will be held Tuesday, May 13, 2008 at 6:00 p.m. at the Four Seasons swimming pool.  The cost for the 2008 season is $125 and is payable to Sandia Heights Association at the organization meeting on May 13, 2008.  Swim Team applications will be available at the organization meeting. A representative from Sportz Outdoor will be in attendance so that you may purchase swimsuits and/or accessories for this year’s season.  Parent volunteer sign-up sheets will also be available.  As a reminder, membership in the Four Seasons Club is a prerequisite to joining the swim team.
